It is located in the former Wolff et Beranger Confectionery opened in 1835 at the corner of Nevsky Prospec and Moika embankment. It is known that this was the last place visited by Alexander Pushkin before the tragic duel, in the evening of January 27, 1837. Many famous writers such as Dostoevsky and Pushkin visited this place. Presently the Literature Café is preserving almost two century old traditions. You will be able to enjoy violin and piano music played at the ground floor.
